Take Action: Help Fight the Cruel Fur Industry
Animals raised for their fur need your help. Here are a few ideas on how you can fight the fur industry in your area:
- Write, call, and fax all of the stores that sell fur in your community. Ask to speak to a manager, and let them know that you will not shop at any store that sells real fur products. For chain stores, be sure to also contact the corporate office and share your concerns with the higher-ups.
- Get a group of friends together and handout information (like these leaflets from PETA) in front of a store that sells fur. To take it one step further, print out posters for you and your friends to hold. Edit these poster templates with the name of the store you're protesting, and print a few at your local copy store.
